Location: Mohali (Night Shift)

Experience: 2-4 Years

Department: Sales / Business Development

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in outbound sales, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn lead generation. If you are passionate about building client relationships and driving revenue growth, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns & LinkedIn outreach

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Conduct client calls, presentations & follow-ups

Work with CRM systems and achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Experience in B2B sales / business development

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools & email marketing
