This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Consultant. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and consulting with potential clients to offer solutions that align with their needs. The role also involves developing and implementing business plans, as well as building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote the organization's services effectively.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
• Strong Consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Business Planning for creating and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with health or wellness industry trends is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
