About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales And Marketing candidate with strong Knowledge in Sales and Market Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring new leads, and managing key accounts in the excel domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead management to closure, while building long-term relationships with leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Building:Designing and implementing both sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Market Research:Conducting market and customer research to understand trends, identify target markets, and analyze competitors.
• Lead Management:Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing Leads.Calling, Cold calling, networking, and following up will be the prmiary responsibility.
• Sales Activities:Presenting advantanges or services to potential leads, negotiating terms, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales.
• Reporting:Providing accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaboration:Working with management teams, other departments, and creative agencies to ensure ongoing marketing strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience needed.
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure.
