About the Role

We are looking for high-energy, execution-focused Business Development professionals to drive

outbound client acquisition for our influencer marketing vertical. This role is critical to our growth you will be responsible for opening conversations, generating qualified leads, and setting up revenue opportunities for the core team.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, persuasion, and

building relationships with brands and marketers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive outbound lead generation via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outreach channels

Identify and reach out to brands, marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers across

relevant industries

Pitch the agencys influencer marketing offerings in a clear, compelling manner

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings with senior team members

Maintain and update lead pipelines, outreach trackers, and CRM tools

Follow up persistently and strategically to convert cold leads into warm conversations

Work closely with strategy and influencer teams to align pitches with client needs

Meet weekly and monthly outreach and lead-generation targets

What Were Looking For

23 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client servicing

Prior exposure to digital marketing / influencer marketing / agencies is a strong plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities

Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented

Ability to move fast and adapt messaging based on response and feedback
