Job Description
Job title: BCM Analyst Business Continuity Management
Experience required: 4 - 5 Years
Budget: 15 LPA
Job Location : Kochi/Bangalore
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to UAE if business requires
Required skills & expertise:
- Masters or bachelors degree in business administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field
- Understanding of practices, concepts, and business continuity trends.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- In-depth knowledge of risk and BCM frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, NCEMA guidelines, COSO, ISO 31000, etc.)
- Professional certifications in business Continuity i.e., ISO22301, CBCI .
- Highly capable using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
