Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and preparing strategies for business growth. The role involves communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies while contributing to business planning efforts to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Consulting skills to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams effectively
• Experience in Business Planning and strategy execution, deal negotiation & closure
• Convert successful leads from demo sessions to onboard client
• Problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and proactive approach
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other business development software is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Experience of 2+ years
• Location: Surat, Gujarat (onsite + hybrid work mode open to evaluate)

Salary Range: 6.00 LPA-10.00 LPA (variable components will be add on based on sales closure)
