Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience in .NET to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for designing and implementing innovative solutions. Experience in the Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with a day shift schedule and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the technical architecture and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project scope.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards design patterns and best practices across the development team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing complex .NET applications.
  • Have a strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
  • Show experience in the Payments domain is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
