Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements related to insurance products, processes, and systems. Facilitate the creation of user stories in collaboration with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring that the requirements captured are in clear and actionable format. Prioritize user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies, working closely with product owner and scrum master to manage the product backlog. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team. Collaborate with different teams during the development and implementation phases, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and deliver on time. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from complex datasets related to insurance policies, claims, underwriting, and other relevant areas. Provide data-driven automated recommendations to support implementation and drive business growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including product managers, underwriters, claims adjusters, and customer service representatives. Function as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Technical experience: In-depth knowledge of insurance products, processes, regulatory requirements including but not limited to life insurance, health insurance, and group benefits. Having knowledge of Group Insurance platforms such as Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS) Platform Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including user story writing, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Expertise in applications like Microsoft Office suite, including skills in PowerPoint and Excel, along with proficiency in Visio and experience using JIRA/Rally. Professional certifications (e.g., LOMA/CBAP, PMI-PBA) Professional Attributes: Should have effective communication skills & good attitude to learn. Strong active listening, multitasking, interpersonal and organizational skills Logical problem-solving skills and identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines and process. Educational Qualification: 1. Should have minimum 15yrs of full-time education. 2. The location for this requirement is Mumbai.
