Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving its success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead current state assessments to identify high level customer requirements. - Define business solutions and structures to realize opportunities. - Develop business case to achieve the vision. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional, Core Banking, Payments Fundamentals, .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: - This role is to the be the Technical Lead within a mutli disciplainary sqaud building key Assisted Channels (Dynamics 365/Power Platform functionality). A leader who can be accountable for all the sqauds output working alongside PO and Scrum Master. -Domain Expertise Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages and PCF controls. C#, JS as well as Azure services such as Functions & logic app Alongside technology expertise of Azure Platform - C# Functions, Service Bus, SQL Server, Gen2 Storage, API management, Azure DevOps and Terraform IaC, Event driven architecture, Microservices (orchestration pattern), Restful APIs -Project delivery professional, experienced in leading teams as part of an overall project/programme, experienced in leading engineering teams - Knowledge of business case development and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
