Position Overview: As a startup Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the client requirements by working closely with technology solutioning teams and recommending startup solutions that meet the complex needs of our enterprise clients. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable and resilient solutions, and drive the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, technical requirements, and constraints. Design end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices, security standards, and client requirements. Evaluate multiple solution offerings and develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications to support your solution recommendations. Provide guidance to solutioning teams on the value propositions throughout the solutioning lifecycle. Ability to engage with the solution partner throughout the lifecycle to offer clarity on the requirements as well as obtain necessary inputs required for timely completion of solutioning response. Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards. Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the enterprise architecture. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA would be a plus. 5-10 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative solutions. Experience working with disruptive technologies and solutions from startups and scale-up companies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in understanding of latest technologies including cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), gen AI, core platforms such as SAP and experience architecting cloud-native solutions. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF Certified) are a plus.
