Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD) .
• Support the product development lifecycle by ensuring clear documentation and smooth communication between teams.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Assist in testing, validation, and feedback collection during product rollouts.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development or related roles.
• Strong expertise in documentation (BRD, PRD, workflows, user stories).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
