With this position we offer:
Customer Services is key to Nasdaq’s growth, enhancing customer experience and ensuring optimal use of Nasdaq's platforms. Business Analysts support customers from early stages to go-live of Nasdaq Trade Surveillance (NTS/SMARTS) service, handling queries, providing advice, troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding. They are the point of contact for any queries, bespoke advice, troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal NTS teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Role Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams such as product and support across the globe. You will be responsible for onboarding and delivering the Nasdaq Trade Surveillance system, interacting with both internal stakeholders and external customers, and building strong relationships and trust with all stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues in Bangalore and Sydney, as well as Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Implementation:
- Understand customer profiles and market surveillance requirements.
- Conduct training sessions on NTS products.
- Assist customers with alert calibration and logic.
- Eliminate roadblocks during implementation.
- Assist the technical onboarding specialist with change requests.
- Educate and assist customers with the onboarding process.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct NTS implementation kick-off meetings.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver tailored project plans.
- Explain the Nasdaq Data Specifications to customers.
Team coordination:
- Work closely with the Technical Onboarding Specialist and Sales Executive/Account Manager.
- Collaborate with customers and technical onboarding specialists on requirement gathering and change request documents.
Planning and Reporting:
- Provide weekly project status reports to stakeholders.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to improve the product.
We expect you to have:
- 5 to 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Functional Business Analyst.
- Experience in capital markets with exposure to multiple products.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles involving complex trading data analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding customer management and negotiation skills.
- Education Qualification: Any Bachelors/Masters
It would be great if you:
- Have previous worked on Nasdaq Trade Survielance / SMARTS.
- Familiar with market manipulation techniques and local compliance requirements.
- Have understanding of OTC markets like Forex, Fixed Income etc.
