Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Business Analyst Pre-Sales to bridge the gap between clients and our technical team. The role involves gathering client requirements, preparing proposals, drafting scope documents, supporting the sales team in client interactions, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to understand client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with potential clients (calls, demos, RFPs/RFQs).
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare proposals, SOWs (Scope of Work), BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and presentations.
- Conduct competitor/market research to strengthen proposals and positioning.
- Support pre-sales activities such as product demos, solution presentations, and client meetings.
- Work closely with project managers and technical leads to create accurate estimates and timelines.
- Assist in preparing case studies, proof of concepts, and solution blueprints for client pitching.
- Maintain documentation and track all pre-sales activities in CRM.
- Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery/project team after project sign-off.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Consultant (preferably in IT services).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, web & mobile application development, and IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to create wireframes, workflows, and high-level solution outlines (using tools like Figma etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
