Job Description
Hiring: Business Analyst
Were looking for a Business Analyst with strong Agile experience to join our Product team.
Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering & Data teams
Create PRDs, user stories, epics & acceptance criteria
Support backlog prioritization & sprint ceremonies
Engage with clients to gather and translate requirements
Contribute to AI-driven use cases (LLMs, Generative AI) within Knowledge Management systems
Use tools like Azure DevOps, Productboard (or similar)
24 years experience (SaaS/product environment preferred)
Strong stakeholder management & documentation skills
Prior client-facing experience
Basic understanding of AI / Generative AI concepts
