Business Analyst II

Work Location : Magarpatta City, Pune

Early joiners preferred (0 to 15 days).

Role :

4+ years of experience as a techno-functional business analyst.
Work with a team of Product Consultants & Business Analysts, collaborating on key tasks, and offering guidance for best practices.
Focusing on customer requirements, product increments and project management to coordinate efforts between the Delivery and Product Development teams.
Act as product SME point of contact for customers & on-shore delivery teams for questions/ requests/ configurations/ issues on the working of the product.
Show self-initiative in performing research and obtaining needed data or information during the Product Configuration & Build Stage.
Work with technical team on user stories as needed and validate the work done by the technical team as needed in the form of UAT testing.
Responsible for maintaining and updating functional test cases for features and functions per sprint, release.
Identify issues, updates and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance.
Configuration activities as required within the product through the UI.
Conduct analysis of large sets of data/document with limited guidance.
Other duties as assigned.
Strong Technical Background in API Integrations / Implementation of Software products / SaaS based enterprise Software Applications.

US Healthcare knowledge preferred.
