Responsibilities
Highly motivated and self-starter. No time for micromanaging so while there are weekly check-ins with me and others, there is no daily oversight.
Detail-oriented. Able to identify small issues or the small details that take something from good to great.
Should be able to adapt to different personality types and situations. Able to work alone and collaborate as a team player.
Able to identify and shift priorities based on current situation and urgency.
Excellent Problem-Solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
While often overlooked, I expect them to be willing to be on video for calls.
Will be expected to work a few hours on a weekend once every couple of months. Typically, 5:00 AM EST for an hour or two validating server upgrades and patches.
