Role Overview

Fixl Solutions is looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can act as a strong bridge between business requirements and technical execution.

The ideal candidate should have experience working closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and functional documents for web and application-based products.

This role is on-site and suited for professionals who enjoy hands-on involvement in product discussions, requirement analysis, and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Understand client needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements before development

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with Frontend, Backend, and QA teams
• Explain requirements to developers and clarify doubts during development
• Support QA team during test case preparation and UAT
• Validate implemented features against requirements

Product & Delivery Support

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews
• Track progress, dependencies, and requirement changes
• Support release planning and post-release validation
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain clear and updated documentation
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and requirement changes
• Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

• 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Technical / IT / Product)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience working on web applications or software products
• Ability to write clear functional and technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Understanding

• Basic understanding of:
• Web technologies (Frontend & Backend concepts)
• APIs and data flow
• Databases and basic SQL (preferred)
• Ability to understand developer-level discussions and logic

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience working in startup or product-based environments
• Exposure to tools like Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Trello, or similar
• Experience with UAT coordination and requirement validation
• Knowledge of wireframes or basic UX understanding

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA (IT / Systems) is a plus but not mandatory
