Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Business Operations Business Events Business Intelligence & Reporting and Business Analysis & Planning. A background in Finance & Accounting or Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent English communication skills and involves rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex business data to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports to support decision-making processes.Facilitate business events and workshops to align teams with organizational goals.Implement business intelligence solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Plan and execute business strategies that align with company objectives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business operations and suggest improvements.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business activities.Support finance and accounting teams with data analysis and reporting.Assist in governance risk and compliance initiatives to mitigate potential business risks.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on business operations and intelligence.Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis and planning techniques.Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.Have experience in finance and accounting with a focus on data-driven insights.Show understanding of governance risk and compliance frameworks.Be adaptable to rotational shifts and hybrid work environments.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
