About the Role

Animall is looking for a high-ownership operator who can manage B2B clients, data, and execution in a fast-moving environment working with banks and insurance companies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving messy problems, working with data, and being accountable end-to-end not just making reports.

What Youll Do

1. Be the primary point of contact for B2B clients (banks, insurers, partners)

2. Manage daily client communication, follow-ups, and escalations

3. Own MIS, dashboards, and Excel-based reporting

4. Analyse operational data and share actionable insights

5. Coordinate with internal ops, tech, and ground teams

6. Track KPIs, flag risks early, and improve processes

7. Support onboarding of new clients and expansion into new territories

What Were Looking For

1. 24 years experience in operations B2B Saas/ B2B Fintech/ B2B Consulting services

2. Strong hands-on Excel, Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, data cleaning)/ SQL / Power BI

3. Client-facing maturity and clear communication

4. Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
