Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Key Responsibilities: 1 Identify business requirements for HCM Extracts 2 Translate functional design documents to technical design documents 3 Perform end to end testing 4 Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for HCM Extracts 5 Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer 6 Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction Technical Experience: 1 Expertise in HCM Data Loader 2 Good to have experience in Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader 3 Good to have knowledge on Fast Formula writing 4 Good to have experience in client facing role Professional Attributes: 1 Strong written and oral communication skills 2 Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross,Organization team members responsible 3 Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skills 4 Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
