Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct business requirements analysis to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Design processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Research, gather, and synthesize information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Business requirements analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Experience in researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. - Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
