Key Responsibilities : a: Write user stories with acceptance criteria, sign off with the Product Owner and other stakeholders b: Lead refinement sessions for the scrum team c: Collaborate with other scrum teams as well as delivery managers, project managers, solution architects d: Clearly communicate to stakeholders at various levels e: Bring in best practice for user stories and Agile ways of working Technical Experience : a: 3-4 years of experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria b: Must have experience running refinement sessions c: Must have experience working in an Agile environment d: Knowledge and experience working with APIs beneficial Professional Attributes : a: Strong communication skills b: Proactive c: Attention to details
