As a Business Analyst with expertise in Duck Creek Policy, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead the design and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment. - Provide subject matter expertise in Duck Creek Policy to support project teams and stakeholders, including training and knowledge transfer. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Duck Creek Policy. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
