Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, use cases, and process flows. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and elicit feedback from stakeholders. - Work closely with developers and testers to ensure that the final solution meets the business requirements. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support the implementation and adoption of new systems and processes. - Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful implementation and usage of new solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Btech degree is required.
