Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop detailed business requirements and user stories. - Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements. - Create process flow diagrams and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems. - Strong understanding of business process analysis. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. - Hands-on experience with process improvement techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
