Summary: As a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution using your technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, assess current state, and define future state and/or business solutions. - Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical to support the development of business processes and systems, ensuring integration with technology. - Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements, identifying gaps and proposing solutions to meet business needs. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems, and their integration with technology. - Experience in leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical solutions. - Solid grasp of data analysis and visualization tools. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good to have knowledge on Logic Apps, Power Automate. - Should be expertise in Integrations Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
