Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Project Role: Data Management Practitioner Project Role Description: a: Perform data entry and research in various market data systems and tracking tools. b: Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. c: Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. d: Support all Business Units across AP, JP, NA and EU to permission/de-permission or modify the existing license/account, for over 40 Market Data vendors. e: Work on the Leavers report raise mdots to de-permission the licenses/accounts for the leavers in EU and NA region. f: Answer general market data entitlement questions from users and BU Admin. g: Follow up on tickets that are in process and needs to be addressed immediately. Permissioning exchanges via self-entitlement tool. Working on Certification of market data for users. Must have Skills: Business Requirement Analysis Good to Have Skills: Business Process Management (BPM) Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: a: Accept and review requests from BU Admins - (MDOT, Falcon, emails). b: Send order to appropriate vendor or access internal entitlement system and close ticket. c: Coordinate with IMAC and/or Floor Support for software installation. d: Process market data deletions for Leavers from Leavers Report and Immediate Disablement mails. e: Create MDOT (Market Data Order Tool) products and services. f: Provide BU Admin support for MDOT. g: Answer general market data entitlement questions from users and BU Admins. h: Answer user queries on market data certifications from email group certification support. Technical Experience: a: Answer user queries on market data certifications from email group certification support b: Perform data entry and research in various market data systems and tracking tools Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems c: Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work Professional Attributes: a: Reports status regularly to the relevant team leaders. b: Is dedicated to quality client service. Provides timely responses to client requests and queries. Resolves client issues in a timely fashion. Maintains flexibility in responding to client requests. c: Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills. d: Effectively manages and controls own tasks. e: Maintains team morale and effectiveness through personal example. Maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Educational Qualification: a: BCom graduate with a business school background. Good computer skills. Good English.
