Good to have skills : Agile Project Management, MS Azure Service Queue / MSM Queue knowledge

Summary: As a Business Analyst for Power Trading and Origination, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Research, gather and synthesize information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Techno Functional BA with 7+ years of strong trading experience working on both implementations & support engagements. Hands on experience in implementing and configuration of various commodities including Gas, Power, Emissions or Oil. Understanding of full trade lifecycle across all business functions. Have worked directly with business to understand the requirements , translate into functional and technical specifications for new features. Strong understanding of Data models and data flows within ETRMs and also in interfacing with other applications. Strong understanding of Java or .Net and implementation experience in any of the trading platforms or custom built trading applications. Strong understanding of Architecture , messaging layer such as ECOMM , event driven framework and data models. Have helped with SIT and UAT test design, supported various testing phases and helped with test data preparation. Has worked in Agile delivery methodology and is conversant with Azure boards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Power Trading and Origination. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
