Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and user stories. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Work closely with developers and testers to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial systems such as Bloomberg or Reuters. - Knowledge of derivatives and financial instruments. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Calypso. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
