Essential Duties:
• Translates customer’s high-level requirements into functional specifications for IT team
• Works well in a team environment communicating business and technical requirements to IT resources, business groups, and vendors
• Competent to work on all phases of systems analysis while considering business implications of the potential technologies to current and future business processes
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
• Leads determination of key information and analysis requirements and build supporting information and decision support systems.
• Perform complex analysis, join multiple data sets, find actionable insights and present to C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in understanding of databases, data relationships, quality and integrity.
• Experience in using SQL,Tableau,PowerBI,ETLs to identify business issues, performing data analysis, identification of insights and driving change management.
• Works with Technology team to maintain and ensure proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing of system modifications.
• Maintains current understanding of IT industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
• Ensures data integrity is maintained through consistent processes and procedures as well as check and balance controls.
• Determines how changes to process or system settings will affect business and systems needs.
• Provides recommendations regarding processes or system settings to meet developing business needs.
• Identify operational pain points; use data to size, prioritize and recommend solutions.
• Identify and lead cross-functional global strategic initiatives to improve the operational excellence
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in either an Information Technology or Business related major
• Advance knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge/understanding of macOS concepts
• Problem solving skills including the ability to research and answers key questions not answerable using known sources.
• Demonstrated ability to provide status updates on project deliverables and autonomy in working against expected timelines.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, speaking and writing
• Professional business communication skills, including emailing, and other department documentation
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
