Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices. - Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress. - Ensure the team follows agile best practices and continuously improves their processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Experience in leading agile teams and driving organizational transformation. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. - Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices. - Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
