Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services focused on organizational transformation. You will play a crucial role in helping clients outlearn and outperform the competition by implementing agile practices and driving continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business needs. - Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand their goals and objectives. - Analyze and prioritize business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Develop and maintain business process models and workflows. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. - Assist in the development of business cases and feasibility studies. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
