Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Management System (BMS) Lead located in the Pune Hinjewadi Phase 3. The BMS Lead will oversee and manage building systems to ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, coordinating with vendors and contractors for system upgrades or repairs, and leading a team for the smooth execution of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in building automation systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control systems
• Experience in building operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and oversee technical staff
• Knowledge of energy management practices and compliance with safety and regulatory policies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Diploma / bachelor's degree in engineering, Facility Management, or a related field preferred. Bachelor's is preferred
• Prior experience in building management systems or facility management is advantageous
