Braze-Customer Engagement Platform

Required Technical Skills : Braze (Customer engagement Platform), Hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas, Liquid, and API integrations. Familiarity with CDPs such as Twilio Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce CDP

Location - Chennai / Pune / Kochi / Bangalore

Experience range - 5 to 9 years

Expectations from the Role :

• Develop and manage Braze-powered customer journeys across email, push, in-app, SMS, and web channels.
• Integrate Braze with CDPs (e.g., Twilio Segment), analytics platforms, and campaign orchestration tools.
• Configure and optimize Braze Canvas workflows, Liquid templates, and personalization logic.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign triggers.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and data governance standards.
• Support partner-led training and enablement for internal teams transitioning from legacy platforms like Adobe Campaign.
• Participate in client workshops, solution design, and delivery planning.
