Key Responsibilities:

• Assist withbrand outreachand initial contact with potential brand partners
• Help facilitatebrand collaborationsby scheduling meetings and follow-ups
• Supportreseller communication, ensuring smooth operations within partnerships
• Conductmarket researchto identify profitable products and trends in the e-commerce space
• Providehands-on supportto the brand team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
• Assist withdata entry, report generation, and tracking brand performance

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries.
• Aptitude in Sales and Marketing to assist in campaigns, promotions, and achieving business objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and display proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Basic understanding of brand promotion and business growth strategies is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial.
