Protein World is hiring: Brand Systems Designer (In-House)

Gurugram (Work from Office) | Full-time | 37 years (flexible if your work is strong)

At Protein World, our brand needs to feel premium, consistent, and fast-moving across every touchpoint packaging, socials, and web. Were looking for an in-house Brand Systems Designer who can turn clear taste into repeatable output and ship weekly.

This role is for someone who enjoys building design systems , not just one-off visuals.

• Design social creatives (posts, stories, ads) using reusable templates
• Create packaging labels & product artwork (print-ready files)
• Design landing pages / website sections (or collaborate tightly with a developer)
• Build simple Figma layouts for customer journeys / UI screens
• Maintain a clean brand kit (fonts, components, spacing rules, templates)
• Translate rough briefs into finished work quickly, with strong attention to detail

• You ship consistently and improve speed through systems (components, templates, libraries)
• You keep quality high: spacing, hierarchy, typography, polish
• You handle feedback well and iterate without drama
• You make the brand feel world-class everywhere without long cycles

• Strong portfolio showing brand consistency + execution (social, web, packaging)
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end (from brief final files)
• High standards, good judgement, and a get it live mindset
• Experience: 37 years , but well flex for exceptional work

Figma + (Adobe or Canva).

Bonus if youve worked with Shopify / Webflow / WordPress or know clean handoff to dev.
