About Attaya

Attaya is a boutique gifting house specialising in ceremonial, bespoke gifting for weddings, family milestones, and select corporate occasions.

We work at the intersection of design, craftsmanship, and execution , creating refined gifting experiences meant to be remembered long after the celebration.

As we grow, were looking for a hands-on intern to work closely with the founder and gain real exposure to how a luxury brand is built from concept to execution.

Role Overview

As a Brand & Product Operations Intern , youll be involved across sourcing, product development, styling, and day-to-day brand operations . This is an execution-heavy, learning-rich role ideal for someone who enjoys both aesthetics and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in vendor sourcing & coordination
• (boxes, fabrics, leather, metal elements, packaging)
• Support product development, sampling & prototyping
• Help with quality checks, production tracking & timelines
• Assist in preparing cost sheets, pricing & vendor documentation
• Coordinate Instagram content planning & shoot preparation with the founder
• Support daily operational tasks to help the brand scale smoothly

Who Were Looking For

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Interest in luxury, design, weddings, dcor, fashion, or packaging
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp for coordination
• Organised, calm, and proactive
• Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory
