Opportunity to work as Brand Manager / ABM

Were looking for a Brand / Marketing Professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping brand strategy, driving impactful campaigns, and delivering measurable business results.

What youll do:

Marketing & Brand Strategy Execution:

Support the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies aimed at improving market share, brand visibility, and consumer reach.

Advertising, Packaging & Promotions:

Assist in executing brand advertising concepts, packaging initiatives, and consumer promotions, ensuring consistency with the brands positioning and identity.

ATL & BTL Activations:

Support planning and execution of ATL (TV, Print, Digital) and BTL (on-ground, trade, POS) activities to effectively deliver the brands value proposition.

Sales Coordination & Trade Marketing:

Coordinate with the Sales team to implement and monitor trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives across various levels of the trade.

Media & Agency Coordination:

Liaise with media agencies, advertising agencies, and research partners to support execution of brand campaigns and ensure timely delivery.

Product Development & R&D Interface:

Work closely with R&D on product conceptualization, positioning, and new product development, including support on testing and launch readiness.

Brand Extensions & Growth Initiatives:

Assist in planning and executing brand extension initiatives and growth programs for existing and new markets.

Budget Tracking & Cost Control:

Track brand-related expenditures against approved budgets and support efficient cost management.

What were looking for:

MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification

26 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector

Exposure to branding, media, promotions, and sales coordination
