Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Noida. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty. Daily responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing brand communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The individual will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and managing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Major Requirements :
• Develop creative advertising taglines and campaign messaging.
• Monitor and collaborate with YouTubers and digital influencers.
• Coordinate brand postings and activities from the Noida office.
• Align with Amity Global teams for consistent brand presence.
• Manage social media engagement, including live interactions.
• Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all platforms.
• Strong experience in Brand Strategy, Positioning, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and influencer outreach
• Skills in Market Research, Consumer Insights, and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Marketing Tools, Analytics, and Content Development
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Relevant experience in consumer goods, retail, or similar industries is advantageous
