Job Description
Offline Partnerships & Activations
Role Objective
Build and scale offline distribution channels by securing corporate partnerships, local ecosystem tie-ups, and executing high-impact on-ground activations in clinic cities.
This role directly supports brand credibility, lead generation, and strategic access to high-intent audiences.
What Youll Own
1. Corporate & Platform Access
- Identify and secure meetings with:
- Corporate HR teams
- Employee wellness platforms
- Own follow-ups and deal progression
- Close smaller partnerships independently
- Support leadership in closing larger enterprise accounts
2. Local Ecosystem Partnerships (Clinic Cities)
- Build partnerships with local and national partners
- Create co-branded engagement plans
- Maintain structured follow-up pipeline
- Ensure partnerships dont die after the first meeting
3. Offline Activations
- Plan and execute mall kiosks, college drives, and community activations
- Coordinate with vendors and mall authorities
- Track leads generated and conversion rates
- Build a repeatable activation SOP
Who This Role Is For
- MBA or B-school graduate
- 24 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and presence
- Comfortable pitching in boardrooms and on the ground
- High ownership mindset
- Structured and data-oriented

- Can negotiate with a mall manager
- Can chase a partner until paperwork is signed
- Doesnt need constant direction
