We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead branch performance, drive business growth, and manage a high-performing team for a leading multinational bank in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales across Assets, Liabilities & Third-Party Products (Deposits, Investments, Insurance, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Mortgages)

Achieve branch targets through cross-selling, upselling & new customer acquisition

Build strong relationships with HNI and key customers and provide financial advisory support

Ensure smooth branch operations, regulatory compliance & audit readiness

Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and service excellence

Eligibility

68 years of Retail Banking experience

Currently working as Branch Manager / Senior Branch Sales Manager in a Bank

Experience handling a team of minimum 5 members

Strong track record in branch business growth and sales

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Branch Manager in a Bank
