This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager located in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage team performance, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, fostering customer relations, handling compliance processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Branch Manager will also lead and motivate staff to achieve business objectives while driving growth and excellence.

• Sales, customer relationship management, and client satisfaction expertise
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes and financial operations
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial and banking technologies, with an understanding of fintech solutions
• Previous management experience in banking, financial services, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• Fluency in regional languages is an advantage
