Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a BPharm Graduate specializing in PQMS (Pharmaceutical Product Quality Management Systems) Software. The role involves supporting the implementation and optimization of Quascenta's software solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing clients. Daily tasks include data analysis, compliance validation, software customization based on client needs, and providing training and technical support to users. The candidate will also collaborate closely with clients to identify process improvements and assist with regulatory documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy (BPharm) or a closely related field; prior experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Academic excellence (top 10% of graduating class) will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality management systems (PQMS) and GMP-compliant processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to evaluate manufacturing or cleaning process data
• Experience with validation lifecycle management, including residue calculations, process parameter tracking, and documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to train clients on software usage effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams
