Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Bookings & Front Desk Manager at The Clay Company in Gurugram.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Manage bookings for classes & workshops
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic follow-ups
- Maintain schedules, customer records, and front desk operations
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily studio activities
Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy
- Good English (written & verbal)
- Strong phone-handling & customer-handling skills
- Warm, professional communication style
- Experience in customer service/front desk roles is a plus
