1. Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled BI Developer / Business Analyst to handle all front-end SAP BI / BO projects . The role is responsible for the full lifecycle of BI solutions , from gathering business requirements to developing, testing, and supporting robust and insightful BI applications.

The position requires a strong combination of business acumen, analytical capability, and technical expertise across SAP BI, SAP BO, Power BI, and Tableau environments. AMGBT- IT- BAU Basis & Admin FE

2. Key Responsibilities

SAP BI Development

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design, develop, test, and support effective BI solutions

Business Analysis

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements clearly and concisely
• Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions

BI & Reporting

• Develop and support SAP BI solutions including:
• Data extraction
• Transformation
• Loading (ETL) processes
• Design queries and reports using tools such as:
• BEx Query Designer
• Analysis for Office

Collaboration & Support

• Interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Mentor junior engineers
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for BI applications

3. Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in BI development

Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in:
• SAP BO
• Azure concepts and architecture
• Data modeling principles
• Strong experience in SAP BI solution development
• Expert SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of business processes and enterprise data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications

• MS, Tableau, or SAP certifications

4. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with SAP BI / Power BI / Tableau security concepts and user authorization
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and BI/4HANA
