BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Good knowledge and hands on with AutoCAD, CADSRC and Navisworks and IFC standards.
• Ensure compliance with Company standards and QMS.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior team members to deliver accurate and timely outputs.
• Participate in multiple projects, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support automation initiatives by learning tools like Dynamo and Grasshopper.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, CADSRC and developing knowledge of Navisworks.
• Good understanding of Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Familiarity with Revit libraries, content catalog and family concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
