BIM Manager

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models for construction projects to support design, coordination, quantity take-offs, and construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models as per project requirements and BIM Execution Plan
• Prepare detailed architectural / structural / MEP models using BIM software
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design clashes
• Perform clash detection and assist in coordination meetings
• Generate shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built models
• Extract BOQs, quantities, and schedules from BIM models
• Ensure models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and timelines
• Update models based on design changes and site feedback
• Support planning and execution teams with model-based inputs
• Maintain proper version control and documentation
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP)

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE / B.Tech in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical
• BIM Management certification preferred
• 10-12 years overall experience
• 5+ years in BIM management / coordination roles
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, mixed-use, or large infrastructure projects
• BIM Management certification preferred
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection
• AutoCAD for detailing and coordination
• Understanding of LOD (Level of Development) standards
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and site practices
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC is an added advantage
