We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with 39 years of experience to support BIM and VDC project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong multidisciplinary modeling expertise across CSA and MEPF domains, with hands-on experience in industry-standard BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate BIM models across Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) disciplines using Revit.

Interpret and extract information from PDF and CAD drawings to support accurate model development.

Perform CAD cleanup and revisions to convert legacy or outdated drawings into BIM-ready formats.

Support BIM and VDC workflows, including:

Clash Detection

Model Coordination

Model Federation

Perform QA/QC checks to ensure alignment between laser scans/point clouds and 3D model elements.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve coordination issues.

Maintain documentation of modeling standards, revisions, and QA/QC findings.

Support automation initiatives using Dynamo for Revit or Python scripting (preferred).

Required Skills & Tools

Hands-on experience in at least 34 of the following tools:

AutoCAD

Revit

Navisworks

Autodesk ReCap

Bluebeam Revu

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Strong understanding of BIM and VDC processes

Experience working with laser scan and point cloud data

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience working in multi-disciplinary coordination environments

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and collaborative team player

Strong documentation and process tracking discipline

Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
