BIM Coordinator / Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical BIM Coordinator / Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of high-quality BIM models on major projects across the UAE/GCC.

Work Location: Bengaluru

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of BIM experience , with proven project delivery in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
• Experience with UAE authority approvals is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage LOD 350 Mechanical BIM models with precision and accuracy.
• Lead BIM coordination, clash detection , and multidisciplinary workflows.
• Develop and manage BIM data using Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360 / ACC.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support local authority submissions and ensure compliance with UAE building codes
