Role Highlights

Lead and supervise technical design workflow across SD, DD, and IFC stages

Ensure adherence to BIM standards, documentation protocols, and project methodologies

Guide project leads, BIM architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality outputs

Oversee coordination across Architecture, Interiors, MEP, Structure, and Faade

Drive cost-effective, construction-ready detailing

Mentor teams on materials, BIM practices, and detailed coordination

Manage BIM 360 configuration and maintain documentation precision

2 Technical Team Lead / Project Lead

Architect / Civil Engineer with Interior Design Technical Expertise

Experience: 7+ years

Education: B. Arch / B. Tech Civil

Software: Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office
